If Nexpot opens the Screen & System Audio Recording settings but the app is missing from the list, follow these steps once and macOS should accept the permission normally.

After it works
Control + OptionControl + Shift + OptionFix it once
No screenshots or guesswork. Follow this order and reopen Nexpot once.
Press Allow in Nexpot so macOS opens Screen & System Audio Recording in System Settings.
If Nexpot is not listed, press the + button at the bottom of the permission list.
Open Applications, select Nexpot, then press Open to add it to the list.
Press Quit & Reopen when macOS asks. If needed, launch Nexpot again from Applications.
Make sure Nexpot is enabled in the list. Screen-aware guidance is now ready.
