Right of withdrawal

If you are an EEA consumer, you generally have 14 days from conclusion of a distance contract for Nexpot services to withdraw without giving a reason. It is enough to send your clear statement before the deadline. Mandatory rights and any more favourable national rule remain unaffected.

You may use the online function below, the model statement on this page, or any other unambiguous statement sent to hello@nexpot.ai. The online route immediately records your request and displays a durable reference and timestamp; its receipt also states whether the confirmation email was sent or remains queued for retry.

Nexpot does not ask you to waive a statutory withdrawal right at checkout. Any withdrawal right and the consequences of exercising it remain governed by the applicable consumer law and the information on this page.

These rules do not remove remedies for defective or non-conforming digital services, nor any refund, repair, price-reduction or termination right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where withdrawal is valid, we reimburse payments covered by it without undue delay and no later than the statutory deadline, normally using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without extra cost. A legally permitted proportionate charge for supply already requested and received may be deducted.

We may request information needed to identify the contract and the payer. Do not provide full card details. Subscription renewal can separately be stopped immediately from the signed-in account page; canceling renewal and exercising a statutory withdrawal right are different actions.
