We retain the complaint record and a copy of the response for three years and present them to the competent authority if lawfully requested.
The provider cooperates with and participates in legally applicable consumer conciliation proceedings. No general advance submission declaration accepting every recommendation as binding is made; binding effect is determined by law or an express case-specific declaration.
