For other requests, complete the fields below. Nexpot records the request, gives it a reference and queues its content, date and time for durable delivery to the email you provide. The receipt shown on this page tells you whether the email was sent immediately or remains queued for retry. We may request proportionate identity verification. Use the dedicated Right of withdrawal function for a statutory consumer withdrawal.

Privacy requests are normally answered within one month, subject to the extensions and exceptions allowed by law. Written consumer complaints receive a reasoned response within 30 days. Complaint records and copies of responses are retained for three years. Sending a request does not remove any right to contact a supervisory authority, conciliation body or court.
