Terms of Service

Nexpot is provided by XRT Technologies Szoftverfejlesztő Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság, 1031 Budapest, Záhony utca 7. Hz. ép., Hungary, registered by Fővárosi Törvényszék Cégbírósága under company registration number 01-10-141835, tax number 27826209-2-41 ("Nexpot", "we"). These terms and the order summary shown before payment form the agreement. If you use Nexpot for an organisation, you confirm that you may bind it. You must be at least 16; local law may require a higher age or parental involvement.

Nexpot provides AI-generated screen-aware guidance, voice features and optional user-directed interface automation. Features, supported applications and model availability may evolve. Material paid-feature reductions do not remove mandatory consumer remedies.

Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and tell us about suspected compromise. You are responsible for material you submit and for having permission to capture screens, record audio or process third-party information.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Nexpot and its processors a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, transmit, transform and process it only to provide, secure and support the service, comply with law, and as otherwise described in the Privacy Notice. This licence ends when the content is no longer needed, subject to lawful retention.

Current prices, included credits, billing interval, currency and any applicable tax are displayed before you place an order. Stripe processes payment. Basic credits and purchased credits are subject to the product rules shown at purchase; one-time credit packs do not auto-renew.

Pro and Ultra are monthly subscriptions and automatically renew every month at the then-applicable disclosed price until you cancel. The checkout and account page show the next renewal date. You can cancel online from your account using the same sign-in used to subscribe. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period unless law or a refund requires otherwise. When Stripe sends the upcoming-invoice event, we send a renewal reminder to the account email; the date in your account remains the authoritative schedule.

One-time credit packs do not renew and purchased credits do not expire while the account remains open, except where a refund, chargeback, fraud correction or legal requirement reverses the grant.

If a price changes, we will give reasonable advance notice where required. The new price applies only from a later renewal and you may cancel before it takes effect.

EEA consumers generally have 14 days from conclusion of a distance service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Sending an unambiguous declaration before the deadline is sufficient. Checkout asks separately whether you expressly request immediate supply during that period and acknowledge the resulting consequences.

If supply begins at your express request and you then withdraw, the legally permitted proportion for service supplied up to the notice may be payable. Where full performance and every statutory consent and acknowledgement condition are satisfied, the right may end as provided by law. Rights concerning defective or non-conforming digital services, refunds, repair, price reduction and termination remain unaffected.

Use the continuously available Right of withdrawal function. It immediately records the declaration, content, date, time and reference. A complete confirmation is emailed immediately when delivery succeeds; otherwise it remains in the durable retry queue and the on-page receipt says so. The same page contains the full consumer information and model withdrawal statement. This is separate from one-click renewal cancellation in the account.

You must not use Nexpot to violate law or third-party rights; access systems without permission; distribute malware; evade safety or access controls; harass, exploit or deceive people; generate or facilitate sexual abuse material; impersonate others; or automate destructive or high-impact activity without meaningful human review.

We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate access proportionately where needed for security, non-payment, serious breach or legal compliance. Where feasible and lawful, we provide notice and an opportunity to remedy. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Nexpot software, branding and site content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms. Third-party open-source components remain under their own licences. You may use feedback without obligation, but we do not claim ownership of your separate content.

We work to keep Nexpot available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free AI output. Back up important work and do not give Autopilot irreversible tasks without supervision.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for intentional conduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where applicable, or mandatory consumer guarantees. To the extent law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by reliance on AI output or unauthorised use outside the service's intended controls.

Nexpot depends on third-party AI, speech, hosting, authentication and payment services. Their availability may affect the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Notice, Cookie Policy and AI Transparency Notice.

We may update these terms for legal, security or product reasons. We will give advance notice of material changes where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights. If you disagree with a material change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

Hungarian law governs, without depriving EEA consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Courts with mandatory consumer jurisdiction remain available. Written consumer complaints receive a reasoned response within 30 days, and the complaint record and response are retained for three years.

The provider cooperates with and participates in legally applicable conciliation proceedings. Hungarian consumers may contact the Budapesti Békéltető Testület, 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99.
